CENTRAL WEST CONCRETE PTY LTD
Central West Concrete established in 2004 is a privately owned Company based in Dongara Western Australia.
Central West Concrete specializes in the construction, preparation (earthworks and formwork), distribution and laying of concrete and concrete products.
CWC provides services to local contractors & businesses, residential and commercial building and construction, government sectors, farming, mining and oil & gas industries in Dongara and Midwest Region of Western Australia.
CWC further expanded with a second batch plant based in Morawa Western Australia as well as a Mobile Batch Plant to supply and service remote and rural projects and communities.
Central West Concrete's expansion also includes the establishment of Central West Concrete Pumps Ptd Ltd. Concrete pumping services include all types of applications – from large commercial, industrial and mining projects to smaller residential projects.
MORAWA BATCH PLANT
In 2013 Central West Concrete established a concrete batching plant in Morawa to aid in servicing the needs of the inland country towns, farms & mining companies.
From the Morawa Plant CWC can deliver concrete out to the farming districts and surrounding towns.
CENTRAL WEST CONCRETE PUMPS
Central West Concrete Pty Ltd expanded business operations in 2009 to include Central West Concrete Pumps Pty Ltd.
CWC have qualified licensed operators and line hands for our trucks, these range in boom sizes - from 26m to 40m trucks. All trucks are mine compliant and able to be mobilized within Western Australia.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
Central West Concrete is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for Employees and Contractors.
CWC aspires to ‘zero incidents’ and makes every reasonable effort to provide a working environment that will diminish risks to its employees by aligning its operations to the AS/NZS 4801:2001 Standard Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
CWC has established and continually develops our Health, Safety and Environment Management System including:
- CWC Health, Safety & Environment Management Manual
- CWC Emergency Management Plan
- Company Policies
- Incident, Hazard and Risk Reporting Systems – including Corrective Actions
- Workplace Inspection and Compliance Audits
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) & Safe Work Instructions (SWI’s)
- Pre Starts, Toolbox Meetings and Smart Starts are also performed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
CWC has a firm commitment to carry out our activities in a manner which places emphasis on the safety of employees and contractors while minimizing any harm to the environment.
To minimize harm to the environment CWC has in place:

TRAINING
CWC ensure Employees, Subcontractors and Visitors are aware of relevant HSE Standards, Hazards, Risks and Control measures and are instructed, and trained to carry out activities and behave in a responsible manner.
To ensure this, CWC have implemented procedures and documents listed below:
- CWC Employee Health and Safety Inductions
- Ensure all CWC Employees and Subcontractors have relevant licenses, qualifications and training before the commencement of work tasks and projects
- Conduct Training and Competency Assessments
CWC monitor all works and projects and liaise with Clients to ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
